The rates published below are only available when booking accommodation as part of your registration. If you have already registered and wish to now add accommodation, please send your accommodation date request to conference@laevents.com.au.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking.

Accommodation bookings cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival incur no penalty.

Accommodation bookings cancelled on or after 6th June 2025 (less than 30 days from arrival) incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee.

No shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

The hotel will charge the guest upon check out.

This room rate does not include breakfast.
